About the Role:
Established in 2019, our client’s 2-chair dental surgery is a contemporary, community-centered clinic that prides itself on delivering quality dental care in a welcoming environment. Equipped with modern technology, they offer a wide range of services, including general, preventative and cosmetic dentistry. With an experienced, passionate and motivated team that loves what they do and will ensure a smooth transition and support.
Our client is seeking a skilled and experienced Associate Dentist to take over the books from their outgoing team member in the thriving town in Toowoomba. This is a flexible full-time opportunity with excellent earning potential with a well-established practice. As one of only two dental practices in town, the books are consistently full, ensuring a steady flow of patients. Key Duties
*Provide general dentistry, including preventative care, restorative and cosmetic dentistry, dental surgery and extractions.
*Provide guidance and advise on oral health and hygiene
*Develop treatment plans and educate patients on recommended procedures
*Collaborate effectively with the wider team to ensure the best patient care
*Uphold the clinic’s high standards of hygiene, professionalism and care
*Perform comprehensive dental exams and develop treatment plans
*Forster strong relationships with patients and team members
*Maintain up-to-date knowledge of dental best practice
*Providing a comprehensive range of dental services to patients of all ages.
*Maintaining patient records

Key Skills, Qualifications and Client Requirements
*Willingness to relocate to Toowoomba, Queensland
*Experienced dentist with at least 3-to-5-year experience
*Bachelor’s Degree in Dentistry, Dental Surgery or Dental Medicine
*Valid UK dental license with eligibility for Australian registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) and associated working visas (with support from the client)
*Relevant qualification recognized by the Dental Board of Australia
*Strong experience in general dentistry
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
*Commitment to high standard of patient-centered care & strong clinical skills and standards
*A true team player, open to collaboration and discussing cases with peers
*Keen to continue learning, growing, and practising at the forefront of dentistry
*Growth-minded, with a willingness to expand your skills and take on new challenges
