Our client is seeking a qualified dentist to join their modernised dental practice, a charming small town located about 6 hours’ drive from Townsville. This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled general dentist to looking to make a meaningful impact while enjoying an amazing lifestyle. With only 3 dental practices in town, the demand for services is high, giving you the opportunity to earn a very competitive income in a location with limited competition. You will be providing a full range of dental services to the local community, with the support of a fantastic, collaborative team. The practice offers opportunities for growth, allowing you to expand your skills and progress in your career. You will have the opportunity to work in a modernised practice featuring up-to-date dental technology and a team that is committed to providing excellent care to the community.

Key Duties
*Provide general dentistry, including preventative care, restorative and cosmetic dentistry, dental surgery and extractions.
*Provide guidance and advise on oral health and hygiene
*Develop treatment plans and educate patients on recommended procedures
*Collaborate effectively with the wider team to ensure the best patient care
*Uphold the clinic’s high standards of hygiene, professionalism and care
*Perform comprehensive dental exams and develop treatment plans
*Forster strong relationships with patients and team members
*Maintain up-to-date knowledge of dental best practice
*Providing a comprehensive range of dental services to patients of all ages.
*Maintaining patient records

*Opportunity to live and work in Townsville, Queensland
*Basic retainer salary of $150,000 & earning potential up to $350,000
*40% commission on monthly sales revenue
*Potential for support with relocation costs, visas and dental registration
*1 Dentistry CPD per year is paid for by the client
*Flexibly working schedule - A flexible roster that can be tailored around the right dentist

Key Skills, Qualifications and Client Requirements
*Bachelor’s Degree in Dentistry, Dental Surgery or Dental Medicine
*Valid UK dental license with eligibility for Australian registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) and associated working visas (with support from the client)
*Relevant qualification recognized by the Dental Board of Australia
*Strong experience in general dentistry
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
*Commitment to high standard of patient-centered care & strong clinical skills and standards
*Experienced dentist or new graduates
*Growth-mindset, with a willingness to expand your skills and take on new challenges
*Willingness to relocate to Townsville, Australia
