This modern, well-equipped, general dental 2-chair practice has a loyal patient base, which will ensure full books and high earning potential. What’s more, with only 8 minutes’ drive from their other practice, you will have a team to guide and support you while you transition into your new life in Australia. You will have ongoing support and training which will enable you to further develop your skills as a dentist and great potential for growth. Key Duties
*Perform comprehensive dental exams and develop treatment plans
*Provide high-quality care in preventive, restorative and cosmetic dentistry
*Providing a comprehensive range of dental services to patients of all ages.
*Forster strong relationships with patients and team members
*Maintain up-to-date knowledge of dental best practice
*Uphold the clinic’s high standards of hygiene, professionalism and care
*Maintaining patient records
Package and Benefits
*Basic retainer salary of £80,000 & earning potential up to £180,000
*40% commission on monthly sales revenue
*Potential for support with relocation costs, visas and dental registration
*1 Dentistry CPD per year is paid for by the client

Key Skills, Qualifications and Client Requirements
*Bachelor’s Degree in Dentistry, Dental Surgery or Dental Medicine
*Valid UK dental license with eligibility for Australian registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) and associated working visas (with support from the client)
*Relevant qualification recognized by the Dental Board of Australia
*Strong experience in general dentistry
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
*Commitment to high standard of patient-centered care & strong clinical skills and standards
*Experienced dentist or new graduates
*Growth-mindset, with a willingness to expand your skills and take on new challenges
*Willingness to relocate to Townsville, Australia
