The Role:
As an IT Support Engineer, you’ll provide 2nd line support to client users, ensuring that technical issues are resolved efficiently and effectively. You’ll be working with a variety of systems and tools, making this a great opportunity to broaden your technical expertise while working in a supportive environment.
Your responsibilities will include:
*Providing escalated 2nd line support to resolve technical issues.
*Supporting and maintaining Windows Server and Office 365 environments.
*Managing Active Directory tasks, including user and group administration.
*Working with VMware and other virtualisation technologies.
*Diagnosing and troubleshooting network issues.
*Delivering exceptional customer service while managing support tickets.
Skills & Experience Required:
*3+ years of experience in a similar IT Support role, ideally within an MSP environment.
*Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Office 365, and Active Directory.
*Experience with VMware and networking concepts.
*Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
*A proactive attitude and willingness to learn new technologies.
*Full UK driving licence (preferred).
