Job Description:
As a Key Stage 2 Teacher, you will inspire and engage pupils, helping them to achieve their full potential in a stimulating and inclusive learning environment. You will plan, deliver, and adapt high-quality lessons across the Key Stage 2 curriculum.
Key Responsibilities:
* Plan and deliver engaging and well-structured lessons in line with the KS2 curriculum.
* Demonstrate strong curriculum knowledge and the ability to adapt work to meet the needs of all learners.
* Assess, monitor, and report on pupil progress to ensure continued development.
* Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment where every child feels supported and encouraged.
* Work flexibly to adapt teaching approaches as necessary for individual pupils.
* Collaborate effectively with colleagues, parents, and carers to enhance pupil outcomes.
Requirements: To be considered for this role, you must have:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK.
* Experience teaching within Key Stage 2.
* A strong understanding of the KS2 curriculum with the ability to adapt and differentiate work effectively.
* Excellent classroom management skills and a commitment to maintaining high standards of learning and behaviour.
* A flexible and adaptable approach to meet the needs of all learners.
* Strong communication and teamwork skills.
