Job Description:

This role focuses on outbound prospecting (80%), generating high-quality leads and booking meetings for Account Executives. With a clear pathway, you can progress to an Account Executive role within 18 months.
Hybrid role: 2 days per week in our London office (Tuesdays and Thursdays)
Competitive package: £34K base + £4.8K bonus (uncapped)
2. Benefits ? Pay: £34,000 + £4,800 bonus (uncapped)

3. Requirements We’re looking for candidates who:
*Are recent graduates with internship experience (ideally in finance or B2B sales)
*Have strong communication skills and a resilient attitude
*Are proactive, organised, and driven to hit targets
*Are eager to learn tools like Salesforce and Salesloft (training provided)
? No SaaS experience? No problem-bring your ambition and a growth mindset!
4. Key Responsibilities *Identify and reach out to potential clients in the financial services sector
*Book 20-25 qualified meetings per quarter for Account Executives
*Collaborate with Account Executives for smooth lead handovers
*Complete a 4-month onboarding programme to build sales skills
*Share insights and strategies to help improve outreach
