Job Description:
Route to Employment Support & Monitoring Officer 
Salary: £24,939 - £27,613 (Pro-Rated for part time) 
Contract: Permanent 
Location: Sheffield 
Hours: 18.5 hours per week X 52 weeks per year

You’ll thrive in a dynamic and varied position that provides opportunities to learn about key processes such as recruitment and induction, learner support, and administration and activity coordination. 
Key Responsibilities 
* Recruiting, assessing, inducting, monitoring and supporting learners 

* Providing administrative and project support to Managers 

* Being a point of contact for the Route to Employment team to the wider College and external partners 

* Championing our commitment to putting students first  

* Exemplifying our values of fairness, respect, and equality  

Skills & Knowledge
