Job Description:
Oversee the entire order fulfillment process, including initial sales contact, order receiving, processing, ensuring delivery via 3PL with all associated documentation, while supporting the sales team, Head of Operations, Corporate Controller, Supply Planner, and finance team with all order-to-cash processes to delight our customers at all contact points.

Description
*Receive customer orders via email, telephone, and EDI, checking credit status.
*Enter orders into Business Central/ERP, confirming their validity.
*Liaise with 3PL, controlling when orders are released to ensure they meet customer delivery dates.
*Maintain daily reports on deliveries.
*Manage customer and consumer complaints, effectively dealing with issues.
*Work closely with finance and the rest of the operations team, checking and filing orders.
*Complete other tasks as required by the team, particularly during the month-end period.
Profile
*2-3 years experience in a similar position with a strong work ethic
*Appreciate the importance of accuracy and deadlines
*Customer facing with first class communication skills both written and verbal
*Knowledge ERP systems (Dynamics Nav / Nav 365 / Business Central)
*IT literate - MS office (good excel experience vital - Vlookups and pivot tables)
*Good attention to detail and strong problem solving skills
*Demonstrates an ability to manage a variety of priorities while meeting deadlines
*Demonstrates the ability to contribute and foster a positive team environment
*Ability to work independently and as part of a team
*Ability and willingness to come to our office in Woking 5 days/week initially for 1 month then 4 Days/week thereafter
