Job Description:
Role Summary
In this role you will be responsible for building a rapport with new and existing clients, ranging from a sole trader through to an MD/CEO. You will naturally be great with people, having a passionate drive to succeed. Following up on leads and enquiries, creating opportunities with business owners or decision makers, and building long-lasting relationships either in person at client premises or over the phone. You will enjoy developing business in the community through networking and marketing activities, whilst account managing existing clients too, working as part of a successful team leveraging commercial presence in the local area.

Our clients Commercial business operation has grown rapidly over the last 14 years nationwide. With 115 offices nationwide, they are now looking to expand by another 5 per year, with Commercial presence in each, which means they are keen to secure potential managers!
Client Engagement
*Helping new and existing B2B clients in person at their premises and/or over the phone.
*Building a strong rapport and generating long lasting relationships, who will rely on you for guidance and support.
*Collating relevant information from your client to allow you to find the right solution to fit what their need.
*To problem solve and explore bespoke solutions.
*To explain solutions in a professional manner, with attention to detail and friendliness.
*Developing business through marketing, community engagement, networking and client meetings, also encouraging referrals.
*Working as part of a team to leverage commercial presence in the local area. Winning new business, developing and retaining accounts, with passion and personality.
*Excellent professionalism ensuring your clients receive the best experience, becoming their point of contact for any further enquiries.
*To help your clients with any renewals or claims.
*Always being able to share options, make suggestions and go the extra mile in a consultative manner.
General Administration
*Customer system updates, recording relevant information with any changes or alterations.
*Completing relevant documents for compliance purposes.
*Emailing customers and sending out information in the post.
*Understanding from customers if they are happy, or if any tweaks are needed to the agreement.
*Explaining costs with customers.
*Taking payments over the phone and in person
Your Qualities
*B2B (Business to Business) sales experience.
*Commercial Insurance exposure desirable but not essential.
*Commercially astute.
*Problem solver.
*Enthusiastic with drive and ambition.
*Career motivated, our client is growing and needs potential managers.
*Longevity with commitment and passion for success.
*Team player.
*Target/goal orientated.
*Client centric.
*Consultative - have the ability to question effectively and will be an active listener, you will take the time to fully understand client requirements and be able to advise on products and solutions.
Training: 2-week head office induction followed by an 8 week Academy.
Qualification: Fully funded nationally recognised qualification, so you become a fully qualified expert within the industry.
Salary: Dependent on experience.
