Job Description:
A HR Administrator is needed to handle a variety of personnel related administrative duties and to liaise closely with our department in supporting daily HR activities.

Description
The key responsibilities of aHR Administrator candidate will include, but may not be limited to;
*Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties.
*Provide clerical and administrative support to Human Resources department.
*Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies).
*Coordinate HR projects (meetings, training, surveys etc.) and take minutes.
*Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations.
*Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, bonus, leaves, etc).
*Communicate with public services when necessary.
*Properly handle complaints and grievance procedures.
Profile
A successful HR Administrator should have:
*Basic knowledge of labour laws.
*Excellent organizational skills.
*Strong communications skills.
*BS degree in Human Resources or related field.
*Ability to commute to Warrington.
*CIPD Level 3 + desirable.
*Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
