Are you a Qualified Accountant with at least 2 years PQE? Are you interested in working for a fast growth scale up?
If so, we are partnering with an international ecommerce business, who are seeking an experienced Financial Controller to join their fast growing team.
The position will come in and take control of Financial reporting, management accounting, development of systems and processes, financial planning and analysis, and overseeing the transactional area of finance.
The role will pay £75-95k DOE and will be in the office in Central London 4 days a week.
Role Responsibilities:
*Provide regular reports on financial figures and business growth to c-suite and the board.
*Oversee and enhance the monthly management accounting process, collaborating with external accountants to ensure audit readiness.
*Prepare, analyse, and monitor budgets and forecasts, while reporting on business performance monthly, quarterly, and annually compared to the established budget and forecasts.
*Expand financial collaboration across departments by partnering closely with functional leaders to enhance their financial understanding and deliver more useful and timely data.
*Take charge of international tax compliance and the filing of VAT/GST, ensuring adherence to regulations.
Role Requirements:
*Qualified Accountant (ACA/CIMA/ACCA or equivalent) with relevant PQE experience
*Technically strong and experience improving processes, controls and systems
*Relevant B2C experience within a fast growth business is a plus
*Strong business partner capable of building excellent relationships across the business
*Experience overseeing and nurturing a finance team.
