Award winning multi-revenue stream Liverpool business, recruiting an Interim Financial Reporting Accountant for 8 months + conrtract.
Your new role
Reporting to the Finance Director and managing a small team duties will include:
*Responsible for all aspects of the Group’s financial control environment
*Responsible for the integrity of the Group’s balance sheet including the month-end close process and balance sheet reconciliation
*Responsible for the Group’s consolidated management accounts
*Responsible for all external reporting including control of year-end statutory accounts preparation and liaison with external auditors
*Oversight of transactional areas of finance, including ledgers across group companies
*Responsible for improvement in finance process efficiency and controls through automation and optimising current systems
What you’ll need to succeed
ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified accountant with good technical statutory accounting and team management skills. You’ll be available to start at short notice.
What you’ll get in return
Initial 8-month contract with the potential to get extended or turn permanent. Competitive FTC salary or day rate equivalent.
