An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Buyer in the Procurement & Supply Chain department of a leading Industrial / Manufacturing company. The successful candidate will be responsible for procuring goods and materials necessary to meet production requirements.

*Negotiate prices and contracts with suppliers.

*Develop and maintain professional relationships with suppliers.
*Contribute to the continuous improvement of procurement processes.
*Provide regular reports on procurement activities and achievements.
Profile
A successful Buyer should have:
*A degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
*Experience in a similar role within the Industrial / Manufacturing industry
*Ideally CIPS qualified
*Strong negotiation and communication skills.
*Good knowledge of procurement processes and supplier management.
*Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
*Proficiency in procurement software.
