Job Description:
A confident and proactive Sales Executive is needed to follow-up inbound leads, build customer relationships and drive sales within the Home Renovations / Construction industry.

Description
*Drive business and build customer relationships by chasing warm, inbound leads
*Present and sell products/services to prospective customers, understanding their needs and negotiating on terms
*Prepare detailed quotations and proposals based on client specifications
*Assess technical drawings, being able to identify home solutions and project timeframes
*Collaborate with team members to achieve greater success
*Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams
*Meet and exceed sales targets, reporting on performance results
*Tour customers around the showroom
*MUST be in the office 5 days a week, including 1 Saturday per month for a half day
Profile
A successful Sales Executive should have:
*Proven experience in a sales role, preferably within the Manufacturing / Real Estate sector
*A proactive and energetic approach, repeatedly driving sales and meeting customer demands
*Confident telephone speaker, constantly speaking with prospective customers and clients
*Excellent communication and negotiation qualities
*Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers
*Strong organisational and time-management skills
*Willingness to learn new things
*Competent with a computer and Word packages
*Educational background in Business, Marketing or related field is a plus
*Technical experience or the ability to produce technical drawings is desirable, but this can be learned
