Key Responsibilities:
*Full 360 Recruitment Process: From business development and client acquisition to job briefings, candidate sourcing, interviews, offer negotiations, and deal closures.
*Candidate Sourcing: Utilise job boards, referrals, and headhunting via platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter.
*Relationship Building: Maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates, offering exceptional service and advice.
*Sales Targets: Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
