Job Specification: Part-Time Office Administrator (20-24 Hours Per Week) - a permanent role but the salary will be in the region of £14.00 - £15.00 an hour according to your experience with addtional benefits

Key Responsibilities
• Credit Control:
o Making phone calls to clients to follow up on outstanding payments.
o Maintaining accurate records of all communications regarding credit control.
• Bank Reconciliation:
o Recording and reconciling transactions.
o Assisting with maintaining up-to-date financial records.
• Office Administration:
o Ordering and managing office supplies, holiday tracking
o Handling incoming and outgoing correspondence.
o General administrative support to ensure smooth office operations.
• Customer Interaction:
o Professionally handling phone calls and enquiries.
o Liaising with suppliers and service providers as required.

Key Requirements for Office Administrator
• Skills:
o Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
o Excellent communication skills, particularly over the phone.
o Basic understanding of financial administration (training can be provided).
• Attitude:
o Friendly, approachable, and confident.
o A "can-do" attitude, with a willingness to take on a variety of tasks.
o Comfortable working in an office environment.
• Other:
o Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
