Temporary Admin Assistant - £14.00 - Ormskirk
Hours: 9:00 am - 5:00 pm, Monday to Friday
Are you an experienced Admin Assistant looking for a rewarding temporary role with the potential to become permanent?
Our client, a reputable care home in Ormskirk, is seeking a skilled and compassionate Admin Assistant to join their team on a temporary ongoing basis.
Key Responsibilities:
*Provide general administrative support to the care home team
*Manage and maintain accurate records and documentation
*Assist with resident administration tasks, including admissions and discharges
*Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence and phone calls
*Liaise with external agencies and health care professionals
*Support the care team with various administrative duties as required
Essential Requirements:
*Previous experience working in a care home setting as an admin assistant
*A valid DBS Certificate
*Strong organisational and time management skills
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
