This Finance Administrator role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a busy and collaborative finance department. The role involves managing financial transactions, maintaining accuracy, and supporting month-end processes.
Duties will include:
*Analysing and coding credit card transactions.
*Preparing and posting journals into Sage.
*Identifying and resolving discrepancies and queries efficiently.
*Posting invoices to the purchase ledger.
*Providing administrative support, including filing and cover for other team members as needed.
About the Successful Applicant:
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years’ experience in a similar finance role, strong Excel and Sage skills, and an understanding of double-entry bookkeeping. You will demonstrate excellent attention to detail, organisational skills, and the ability to work independently while maintaining a collaborative mindset.
