THE COMPANY:

This business is a dynamic, high growth tech business. They are a successful market leader with Head Offices based in East Leeds They are now looking to recruit a Management Accountant with experience and passion, to join their growing finance team.

Your key responsibilities will include supporting a small team, orchestrating a seamless month end, monhtly analysis and reporting, and contributing to enhancements in reporting frameworks, systems, and controls.

THE JOB:
*Providing the monthly management accounts
*Accruals, prepayments and P & L analysis
*Supporting and overseeing a small team
*Providing cashflow forecasts
*Review all balance sheet accounts and prepare monthly reconciliations
*Manage intercompany recharges and balances
*Managing payroll processing
*Leading month end processes including journals, accruals, prepayments and fixed assets
*Prepare and submit monthly VAT returns
*Maintain the daily cashflows
*Support the Financial Controller and Finance Manager with ad hoc projects


EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS /SKILLS:
*Part qualified Accountant (ACCA/CIMA)
*Experience within Management Accountants
*Managed a team or interested in managing a team
*Must have at least 3 years’ experience in a similar role
*Strong technical, analytic, and reporting skills
*Excellent IT skills (advanced knowledge of Excel essential)
*Accurate and attention to detail
*Able to meet deadlines
*Technically strong
*Inquisitive and a finisher


SALARY AND BENEFITS:

*£35,000 - £40,000
