Job Description:
As an Administrator, you will provide comprehensive administrative support to the external site engineers department, ensuring smooth operations. This role involves a variety of tasks, including managing & maintaining the correct jobs, hours and timesheet documentation.
Salary: £23,000 - £25,500 per annum dependent upon experience
To give you an idea of how this Administrator role for the engineers would look and feel, here are some areas you can expect to work in:
• Manage and organise the site engineers documents, timesheets and files
• Handle communications with both the engineers and customers, including emails and phone calls
• Maintain documentation and update records regularly
• Support with timesheet and payroll data entry
• Ad-hoc administrative tasks to support the smooth running of the office
We are looking for an Administrator who is happy to receive full training for the role, someone with a minimum of 6-12 months experience in an administrative role.
You will also require:
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other relevant software
• Excellent organisational and time-management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• The ability to multitask and prioritise workload in a busy environment
• Willingness to learn and develop as the role adapts
