Impression Recruitment is delighted to be representing a leading Chartered Accountants who are proud to have built a strong reputation for delivering expert advice and exceptional service to their clients. As Part Time Personal Tax Advisor, you will be responsible for providing expert tax advice to a diverse range of individual clients, helping them navigate complex tax matters and optimise their financial position. You will work closely with clients to manage their tax affairs, ensuring compliance with UK tax laws while also identifying opportunities for tax planning and minimisation.
Key Responsibilities:
*Provide tailored personal tax advice to individuals, addressing both routine and complex tax matters.
*Assist clients with tax planning, including income tax, capital gains tax, inheritance tax, and other personal taxes.
*Prepare and submit personal tax returns in line with HMRC deadlines.
*Maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and trust.
*Preparation of forms P11d and calculation of benefits in kind.
*Stay updated on changes in tax legislation and policy, ensuring clients remain compliant with the latest regulations.
Key Skills / Qualities Required:
*ATT or CTA qualified, or qualified by experience.
*At least 2-3 years’ experience working within personal tax advisory or a similar tax role.
*Strong technical knowledge of UK personal taxation, including income tax, capital gains tax, inheritance tax, and trusts.
*Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex tax matters in a clear and concise manner.
*High level of attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
*Ability to manage multiple clients and meet deadlines under pressure.
*A client-focused approach with the ability to build and maintain long-term relationships.
In return the successful Part Time Personal Tax Advisorwill receive a salary of between £35,000 - £45,000 per annum pro rata depending on experience, ideally working between 20 - 25 hours each week.
