Job Title: Procurement Trainer (Associate)
We are recruiting for an experienced Procurement Trainer to join a thriving, multi-award-winning Apprenticeship Training Provider. This fully remote, associate position offers an excellent opportunity to deliver high-quality training and mentorship to learners while working in a friendly, professional environment.
Role Details:
• Type: Associate (Full-Time)
• Location: Fully Remote
• Daily Rate: Up to £400 per day (dependent on experience and qualifications)
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver engaging online training sessions, teaching Level 4 Procurement Apprenticeship Standards.
• Prepare lesson plans, mentor learners, and guide them through their apprenticeship journey.
• Design and deliver industry-standard programs covering knowledge, behaviours, and skills in Procurement.
• Monitor learner progress, providing constructive feedback to help them succeed.
• Mark and review work to ensure it meets qualification standards and regulatory compliance.
• Support learners through various online platforms, including Microsoft Teams, Zoom, or Google Classroom.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
• A recognised teaching qualification (e.g., AET, Cert-Ed, PGCE)
• A minimum Level 4 CIPS qualification (MCIPS preferred).
• Proven experience in Procurement or Purchasing.
• Previous experience in training, coaching, or teaching within the Procurement field.
• A passion for Learning and Development and the ability to inspire learners.
