Job Description:
Our North East based client offers its innovative and popular b2c software solution via a subscription model and is targeted at diet and health-conscious consumers across the UK and beyond. They now seek to appoint a People & Culture Manager to embed their common-sense values across the business.
As People & Culture Manager, you will:
*Manage all people processes, including absence and DEI
*Take responsibility for recruitment
*Monitor performance management and reward management
*Manage Payroll and compensation
*Handle employee relations
*Support line managers to develop their teams
*Ensure the company is perceived as an Employer of Choice
*Recruit an assistant to your team
As People & Culture Manager, you will need:
*Background in operational people management
*CIPD Level 5
*Experience implementing a range of people processes
*Experience managing employee relations
*Knowledge of UK Employment Law
*Understanding of best practice in reward and recognition
