Production Operative
Mechanical / Electro Mechanical Assembler
Location: Sandwich
Job Purpose:
Assemble mechanical and electro-mechanical components based on engineering drawings and instructions, ensuring high-quality standards and safety compliance.
Responsibilities:
*Safely complete tasks following health and safety policies.
*Use hand/bench tools effectively.
*Read and interpret engineering drawings and instructions.
*Maintain quality throughout all assembly tasks.
*Follow instructions from the Line Manager and team.
*Work independently or as part of a team.
*Conduct supplier/customer visits (requires a valid driver’s license and passport).
Qualifications & Experience:
*Education in English, Maths, and a science subject.
*Experience in mechanical/electro-mechanical assembly.
*ESD experience preferred but not essential.
*Skilled in using hand tools, including torque drivers.
Skills:
*Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
*Proficient in MS Office.
*Ability to interpret engineering drawings and maintain quality standards.
