Hours: Monday to Friday 9 am to 5.30 pm

Responsibilities for the role of Commercial Loan Broker
*Oversee and manage mortgage applications, ensuring adherence to SLAs.
*Identify and source suitable lenders for clients, maintaining proactive communication throughout the lending process.
*Collaborate with brokers, borrowers, lenders, valuers, and solicitors to facilitate smooth transactions.
*Maintain detailed and accurate records on all applications and communications.
*Adhere to company procedures and regulatory policies to ensure compliance.

Experience and skills required for the role of Commercial Loan Broker
*Prior experience giving commercial loan advice, with a proven track record of success is essential
*Demonstrate the ability to manage client relationships effectively, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
*Ability to manage a caseload efficiently
*Strong analytical and problem-solving ability to identify the most suitable lenders for clients
