Property Manager

My client is long established independent Estate and Lettings Agency situated in the heart of Cheltenham. They are now looking for a Property Manager to join their highly successful team.You will be working within a genuinely supportive and collaborative team, where delivering first-class customer serviceis paramount.

*21 days holiday, plus bank holidays
*2 extra days holiday over the Christmas period
What are the day-to-day responsibilities of the Property Manager role:
*Managing your own portfolio of properties
*Liaise with landlords, tenants and contractors to manage maintenance issues
*Maintain thorough and accurate database records
*Ensure properties comply with latest regulations/legislation
Required Skills and Qualifications of the Property Manager role:
*Currently working within a busy property management team
*First class communicator, with excellent interpersonal skills
*ARLA qualified would be highly desirable
*UK driving licence and use of own appropriate car
My client is offering an annual salary of £25-30,000 depending on experience.
