Role - Site Manager No1.
Location - Kent
Salary - £50k - £65k
I am looking for a Site manager for a established contractor for a project in Kent, ideally you’ll have experience working on projects up to the value of £3m for a new build exstension project.
Job Responsibilities:
*Ensure all works are undertaken within a safe manner
*Manage, supervise and mentor the site team
*Adopt, maintain and promote cost conscious management
*Ensure realistic scheme programmes are prepared, reviewed and updated throughout the projects duration
*Ensure method statements and risk assessments are prepared, reviewed, briefed and updated
*Prepare progress project reports, and ensure that method statements, risk assessments and approval documents are in place for all site activities
*Ensure thorough understanding and adherence to all the contractual requirements
*Manage subcontractors and materials
*Manage Labour and site inductions
Key Attributes:
*Having a strong background of working within the build industry
*CSCS site manager qualified
*First Aid
*Valid Full UK Driving LIcence
*Safe delivery of projects to time, cost, and quality
*Be confident working in a team and adapting to more responsibility
