*Assisting in payroll preparation by providing relevant data.
*Coordinating HR projects and meetings.
*Supporting in staff induction processes.
*Handling employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations.
Profile
A successful HR Administrator should have:
*A degree in Human Resources or related field.
*Established background in HR practices, such as starter and leaver management.
*Confidence in supporting a multifaceted business, capable of adapting to the needs of the business.
*Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
*Strong communication and organisational skills.
*Ability to handle data with confidentiality.
*Knowledge of labour laws.
*Excellent administrative skills.
