Right Now Group have a brilliant opportunity to join the new Freight Division of an esteemed logistics company based in Colnbrook.
As an Air Import Clerk you will be responsible for coordinating and executing the efficient movement of General Air Cargo shipments.


Responsibilities of an Air Import Clerk:
*Prepare and process all necessary documentation for importing goods via air, including customs clearance documents, export declarations, bills of lading and AWB’s/HAWB’s.
*Coordinate with customs authorities and other relevant parties to ensure timely and accurate customs clearance of imported goods, including classification and compliance with import regulations and duties.
*Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and customers
*Addressing inquiries and concerns and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
*Monitor the movements of the cargo from the point of origin to its destination
*Providing regular updates to clients and stakeholders
The successful Air Import Clerk:
*Ability to work in a fast-paced environment moving freight across the world.
*Experienced in imports (minimum 1 years’ experience in Air import)
*Full 5-year checkable work history and DBS
*Must be self-sufficient.
*Experience using Multifreight would be beneficial

Shift: Monday - Friday
Hours: 09:00 - 17:30
Salary: £30,000 - £35,000
