Job Description:
Role: Property Manager
Location: Gloucester
Salary: £25,000 - £28,500 dependent on experience
Job Type: Full time and On-site
Hours: Monday - Friday, 9 am - 5.30 pm
Our client is seeking a proactive Property Manager to join their award-winning property management team. While previous experience in property management is beneficial, strong communication skills and a proactive attitude are more important. The ideal candidate will be well-organised, approachable, and able to manage tenant relations and property maintenance efficiently. A driving licence and own car are essential. This is an excellent opportunity for career development in a supportive, dynamic environment.
Responsibilities:
*Supporting the property management team with general administrative tasks.
*Create new tenancy agreements in line with company standards.
*Managing updates or changes to tenancy terms.
*Processing tenant applications and manage paperwork.
*Handling tenant maintenance inquiries via phone.
*Communicating with landlords regarding maintenance needs.
*Scheduling and conduct management visits.
*Sending visit reports to landlords.
*Conducting property viewings for maintenance issues.
*Managing the key list, ensuring keys are returned from contractors/tenants/landlords.
*Overseeing day-to-day property management, including utilities and addressing issues raised by tenants/landlords.
Key Skills:
*Strong communicator with interpersonal skills.
*Well-presented, approachable, and friendly.
*Strong administrative and organisational skills.
*Ability to interact effectively with diverse individuals.
*Proactive, reliable, and capable of working independently.
*A full driving license and own car are essential.
