*Cultivate existing customer accounts and promote additional products
*Act as the primary contact, addressing client needs
*Track customer satisfaction and develop strategies to enhance client retention and loyalty
*Customise solutions to meet customer requirements
*Perform regular market research to spot trends and growth opportunities
*Collaborate with Marketing, Procurement, and Operations for smooth delivery
*Engage with new customers through email and social media
What we’re looking for:
*Demonstrated experience in account management, sales, business development, or a related field
*Excellent communication skills with a passion for building relationships to drive business growth
*Ability to work independently and develop future plans
*Proficient in data analysis to inform decision-making
