Commercial Property Solicitor (Hybrid)

The Role:
My client is seeking a talented and motivated Commercial Property Solicitor with at least 2 years Post-Qualified Experience (PQE) to join its dynamic team at either its Sutton Coldfield, Walsall or Lichfield offices.
This is an excellent opportunity to work on a broad range of commercial property matters while benefiting from a positive and collaborative working environment.
Duties:
*Handling the sale and purchase of commercial property
*Managing the sale of business assets
*Advising on the sale of property at auction
*Acting on secured lending matters, including mortgages and remortgages
*Dealing with Landlord and Tenant transactions, including: *Leases and lease renewals
*Licences to assign, sublet  or alter applications
*Lease surrenders
*Managing pension scheme transactions, including in specie transfers
*Preparing and managing Land Registry applications, including first registrations and adverse possession claims
*Handling Section 25 notices and related matters
*Acting on behalf of management companies

You:
*Are a qualified solicitor with a minimum of 2 years PQE in Commercial Property law
*Can demonstrate strong technical knowledge and have a proven track record in managing a varied caseload of commercial property matters
*Have excellent client care skills with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships
*Have strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
*Are a proactive and team-oriented approach
