Job Description:
Warehouse Customer Co-ordinator 
Location: Thurrock
Salary: 26,000
Contract type: Permanent, full time 
Days of work: Monday to Friday 

As the Warehouse Customer Coordinator, you’ll be at the heart of our operations, acting as the central point of coordination for client orders, portals, and warehouse activities (goods in and out of store). Your role is vital to ensuring smooth workflows and exceptional service delivery by providing accurate and timely administrative support. Through proactive management of customer requirements and meticulous record-keeping, you will enable seamless operations that underpin our success in Thurrock and beyond.

Key Duties *Proactively manage client orders, ensuring accurate processing and timely delivery
*Communicate effectively with warehouse teams to keep them informed of upcoming tasks and priorities
*Liaise with clients to confirm order details, resolve queries, and maintain high standards of customer care
*Update container locations in stock control systems to ensure full inventory traceability
*Perform routine inventory checks, resolve discrepancies promptly, and ensure accurate reporting for month-end invoicing
*Maintain clear and logical filing systems, prepare reports, and ensure operational documentation is up-to-date
About You *We are looking for someone with the following skills and attributes:
*Proven experience in a customer-facing administrative role
*Strong IT skills, with proficiency in stock control systems and the Microsoft Office Suite
*Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively across teams and with clients
*Exceptional organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities
*Previous experience in inventory management or warehouse operations
*A proactive, problem-solving mindset and a focus on delivering positive outcomes
