Day-to-day of the role:
*Build a strong sales pipeline through cold calling target customers.
*Make warm calls to existing customers to promote and sell the company’s products and services.
*Handle day-to-day quotes for existing customers and provide technical advice as needed.
*Perform all associated administrative tasks relating to sales.
*Provide exceptional aftersales support to customers, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty
Required Skills & Qualifications:
*Proven experience in sales, preferably with maintenance contracts, or a strong desire to succeed in a sales environment as a graduate.
*Excellent customer service skills and a confident telephone manner.
*Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and suppliers.
*Competency in administrative tasks and a keen eye for detail.
*A proactive approach to sales and the ability to work independently.
*Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
