Role Responsibilities *Manage and develop a portfolio of personal and corporate tax clients, providing expert advisory services
*Lead a team of tax professionals, offering guidance and support to ensure the delivery of high-quality client service
*Oversee the preparation and review of complex tax returns, ensuring compliance with current legislation
*Provide strategic tax planning advice, including inheritance tax (IHT) and business structuring
*Identify new business opportunities and contribute to the growth of the tax department

Candidate Requirements *At least 4 years of post-qualification experience in personal tax
*Qualified by experience also considered
*A proven ability to manage a portfolio of personal and trust tax clients, including complex and contentious cases
*Experience in line management and mentoring junior staff
*Strong communication skills for liaising with clients and colleagues
*Excellent time management skills to meet a variety of strict deadlines
*Experience in tax advisory work (desirable but not essential)
