HR Administrator *Job Type: Temporary (potential temp to perm)
*Location: KT area
*Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
*Start Date: First week of January
We are seeking an HR Administrator to join our client on a temporary basis, with the potential for a permanent position. The role involves onboarding new staff and managing employee relations within a school environment. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in HR processes and a passion for education.
Day-to-day of the role: *Coordinate and manage the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a smooth and welcoming introduction to the school.
*Maintain accurate HR records and documentation in compliance with legal and school requirements.
*Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
*Handle employee relations issues, providing support and guidance to ensure fair and consistent treatment.
*Communicate effectively with staff and management on HR-related matters.
*Support the HR team in various administrative tasks and projects as needed.
Required Skills & Qualifications: *Proven experience in HR administration, preferably within an educational or similar setting.
*Strong understanding of onboarding processes and employee relations.
*Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
*Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
*Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
*Proficient in using HR software and systems.
