Job Description:
Position Summary
This role will work alongside the Chief Customer Officer to drive new sales and customer solutions within the Janison business for the UK.
As a Customer Solutions Manager, you will lead strategic client engagements and drive customer acquisition within the UK region. Your primary focus will be on understanding client needs, designing tailored solutions, and ensuring the successful implementation of our online assessment technologies.
You will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to exceed client expectations, achieve revenue targets, and contribute to Janison’s mission of transforming education through innovative technology solutions.
Responsibilities
*Generate new business opportunities in the assigned territory.
*Manage the end-to-end sales process for enterprise-level customers and strategic accounts.
*Develop and recommend technical strategies and architectures for systems or enterprise-wide solutions based on customer requirement.
*Conduct business requirement workshops and gap analysis.
*Support the customers to co-design the solution based on Janison technology.
*Support the customer in reviewing and approving solution design and business cases.
*Provide Janison product and technical advice to customers.
*Understand and manage any known security or architectural concerns.
*Develop and deliver sales presentations and product demonstrations.
*Work with regional partners to align resources and strategies on joint opportunities.
*Design account plans and manage relationships with the existing accounts to identify opportunities for cross and up-sales.
About You
The ideal candidate will have:
*Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
*Minimum of 8 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role, preferably in Education software sales at an Enterprise level.
*Proven track record of designing customer solutions that achieve sales targets and driving business growth in the B2B software sector.
*Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
*Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
*Understanding of digital assessment technologies and the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
