Job Title: Robot programmer
Location: Rotherham
Salary: £36,900 PA
Contract: Full-time, permanent
Hours: Day Shift

Key Responsibilities:
*Program, operate, and maintain robotic welding systems.
*Ensure welds meet strict quality standards through regular inspection.
*Carry out maintenance and swiftly resolve technical issues.
*Develop and refine robot programs to optimize performance.
*Provide training and support for operators and colleagues.
*Contribute to process improvements and efficiency initiatives.
About You:
*In-depth knowledge of robotics programming and troubleshooting.
*Has experience working in a similar role and environment
*Adaptable and solution-focused in a fast-paced environment.
*Strong communication skills with a collaborative mindset.
*Dedicated to achieving high-quality outcomes.
*Creative thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
