Job Description:
Sales Analyst
5 days a week in office
Based in Manchester City
Paying 30k - 50k, based on experience
As a Sales Analyst, you’ll be a key member of the Finance team, working closely with commercial, sales, and marketing teams to drive performance through data-driven insights. Your expertise will directly contribute to enhancing sales strategies and shaping business decisions.
Responsibilities:
*Sales reporting: Create and deliver detailed sales reports, dashboards, and presentations that bring data to life through compelling storytelling.
*Performance monitoring: Track key performance indicators (KPIs), identify trends, and highlight opportunities to optimise sales strategies.
*Data collection & analysis: Process and analyse large datasets to uncover customer behaviour insights and market trends.
*Forecasting & planning: Contribute to sales forecasting, budgeting, and planning by leveraging predictive analytics and historical data.
*Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to align data initiatives and evaluate the financial impact of sales and marketing campaigns.
*Data Integrity: Maintain the accuracy of sales data through robust validation and regular auditing.
What we’re looking for:
*2 - 4 years in a similar analytical role.
*Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and the ability to translate complex datasets into actionable insights.
*Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences.
