Job Description:

Day-to-day of the role: *Liaise closely with department heads to understand business needs and resolve issues, enhancing team performance and satisfaction.
*Manage HR caseloads efficiently, adhering to our policies and ensuring timely progression of all cases.
*Lead and support investigations, grievance, and disciplinary hearings, maintaining fairness and compliance.
*Drive innovation in HR practices to stay ahead of industry changes and enhance employee engagement.
*Oversee and streamline the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a smooth and welcoming introduction to our organisation.
*Provide administrative support for all HR transactions, including documentation for new starters.
*Support and develop the apprenticeship programs, enhancing learning and growth opportunities within the organisation.
*Assist with recruitment efforts and contribute to social media content to attract top talent and maintain interest in the organisation.
*Organise and manage staff social events to foster a positive and collaborative workplace culture.
*Generate and analyse HR reports using our HR Information System (HRIS), and troubleshoot system issues as needed.
Required Skills & Qualifications: *Proven experience in HR with a friendly, professional approach and a passion for people management.
*Strong analytical skills to interpret HR data and implement effective solutions.
*Excellent communication, interpersonal, and detail-oriented skills aligned with our team-focused culture.
*Technical proficiency with HRIS and the ability to optimize workflows for efficiency.
*CIPD Level 5 qualification is ideal; experience in the hospitality sector is a plus but not essential.
