The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, highly organized, and experienced in Google Sheets and Excel, with a passion for helping clients with their personal shopping needs.
Key Responsibilities:
*Assist with scheduling shopping appointments, deliveries, and returns
*Maintain shopping lists and track purchases using Google Sheets and Excel
*Research and recommend products based on client preferences and budgets
*Help coordinate with vendors and retailers for purchases and returns
*Provide general administrative support to the Personal Shopper as needed
Key Requirements:
*Experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar administrative role
*Proficiency in Google Sheets and Excel for tracking and organizing data
*Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
*Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
*Passion for shopping and helping clients
*Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively
