Job Description:
Marks Sattin Executive Search is working with a successful Multisite Leisure business in search of a strategic CFO to lead the business through a near-term exit.
This role offers a unique opportunity to work closely with the Executive team to develop and implement financial strategies that maximise value ahead of the transaction. As CFO, you will take the lead in refining financial reporting systems, ensuring compliance, and conducting detailed financial analysis to identify critical opportunities for growth and optimisation.
Additionally, you will manage and strengthen relationships with key stakeholders, including auditors, investors, and potential buyers, ensuring transparency and trust throughout the exit process. Your expertise will be instrumental in positioning the business for a successful and seamless transition, paving the way for its next phase of growth.
This is a pivotal leadership role for an accomplished CFO with a proven track record in strategic financial management and exit readiness.
The ideal candidate:
*A qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, ACMA), preferably chartered.
*Been an autonomous Finance Director or CFO, having taken a business through a successful sale/exit process.
*Excellent communication and presentational skills
*Demonstrate a track record of business process and operations.
