Job Description:
*Basic Salary: £30,000 (with additional guaranteed earnings for the first 4 month
*On Target Earnings: £45,000-£55,000 + £4,000 car allowance or company car
*Work Pattern: 5 days per week, including some Saturdays (2 on, 1 off)

The Floating Branch Manager will cover multiple offices across Sussex, stepping in as needed during holidays, vacancies, or sickness. Key responsibilities include:
