The successful candidate will contribute to developing and implementing marketing strategies to drive the business forward; working with leading agencies to deliver innovative culturally relevant campaigns to drive brand affection and performance. This role will provide hybrid working.

The successful Brand Marketing Manager - Lifestyle and Trends will be responsible for;
*Developing and implementing innovative marketing strategies to drive brand affection and performance.
*Conducting market research and analyse trends to identify new marketing opportunities.
*Collaborating with agency partners to deliver market-leading innovative brand and social campaigns.
*Monitoring and reporting on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
*Project management
Profile
The successful Brand Marketing Manager - Lifestyle and Trends should have the following expertise;
*Experience in a brand and/or marketing management role within an FMCG arena; with a passion for trends, culture and lifestyle.
*Strong knowledge of marketing principles and strategies.
*Excellent communication and leadership skills.
*The ability to think strategically and creatively.
*Hands on experience in agency management, ATL communications planning and brand activation projects.
