Organisation Design and Change Partner, 6 month FTC - Leading National Charity, - £65,000
Great opportunity for an Organisational Change Specialist to join a leading UK charity. Reporting in to the People Director you will be responsible for leading on key strategic organisation design initiatives.
Your key accountabilities will include:-
*Providing expert Organisation Design advice and support on changes to operating models
*Undertaking business analysis of organisational structures
*Enhancing the experience for those who use their services and colleagues who work in them
*Leading on and delivering end to end organisation design projects
*Working collaboratively within the People Function and with wider stakeholder including directors
*Coaching and mentoring colleagues in the People Function on organisation design
You should be a senior HR professional with a track record of leading and implementing organisation design projects in the charity, not for profit or health sectors. Experience of change management including TUPE needs to be combined with an excellent knowledge of employment law and an ability to coach teams.
This role will require occasional travel.
