What Your Role Involves:
*Providing high-quality care to ensure children feel safe and supported
*Delivering engaging and educational activities that promote creativity and learning
*Supporting children’s growth and development through play and exploration
*Building positive relationships with children, parents, and your team
*Assisting with daily routines, such as mealtimes, rest periods, and outdoor play
*Keeping accurate records of children’s progress and milestones
What We’re Looking For:
*A Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification (or equivalent)
*Prior experience in a nursery or early years setting is preferred
*A genuine passion for early childhood education and helping young children thrive
*Strong communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team
