Description
The key responsibilities of this Accounts Payable Specialist role will be:
*Handle all accounts payable inquiries efficiently
*Ensure invoices, receipts, and transactions are accurately recorded and tracked
*Coordinate payment procedures in accordance with the company’s policies
*Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
*Communicate with suppliers and vendors to resolve any payment discrepancies
*Support the Accounting & Finance team in ad-hoc duties
*Ensure financial records are kept up-to-date and compliant with industry regulations
*Maintain a high level of accuracy and confidentiality at all times
Profile
The successful Accounts Payable Specialist should have:
*At least three years of experience in a similar accountancy role
*Excellent numerical skills and a keen eye for detail
*Proficiency in SUN systems (preferred)
*A solid understanding of financial regulations and accounting procedures
*Outstanding organisational abilities, with a proven track record in similar roles
