Job Description:
M&A / FP&A Analyst / Financial Modelling - Hybrid
Our client, a leading insurer, are recruiting for a Finance Analyst focusing on Finance Modelling and Forecasting.
Responsibilities:
*Assist in all stages of business plan modelling, structuring, valuation, implementation, and vesting.
*Lead on building tracking, monitoring, and reporting.
*Contribute to investment cases, execution, post-deal integration and tracking, monitoring, and reporting.
*Support in governance and pipeline management.
*Conduct financial analysis and valuation, develop models, and prepare documentation and presentations.
*Support in evaluation of key factors like accounting implications
Skills:
*Strong quantitative and analytical skills in financial modelling, with a solid grasp of accounting, financial statements, and forecasts/ projections.
*Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
*Organised, capable of managing multiple tasks and project management.
*Good communication skills and able to build relationships across the organisation.
*Fluent in professional-level English.
*Additional European languages are a plus.
*ACA or CFA qualifications are desirable but not essential.
