Customer Services Assistant *Annual Salary: £28,000 plus annual bonus
*Location: Staines

Day-to-day of the role: *Handle incoming calls from customers, providing timely and accurate responses to their inquiries.
*Interact with customers through email and live chat, ensuring all communication is clear and professional.
*Work collaboratively with team members to resolve customer issues and improve service delivery.
*Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality at all times.
*Utilise various software systems to document customer interactions and track resolutions.
Required Skills & Qualifications: *Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in the healthcare sector.
*Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
*Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
*Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
*Experience with CRM systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
