An exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Advisor to join a well established financial services business, based in Manchester. You will be working within the Collections team, speaking to existing customers, help getting them back on track with their payments and setting up payment plans.

Description
Duties of the Customer Service Advisor will be:
*As a Customer Service Advisor you’ll be supporting customers with queries
*You’ll work with customers over the telephone, giving them essential support and dealing with a wide range of disputes and queries.
*Setting up payment plans
*Maximise collections activity
*Problem and query resolution
*Ability to manage and prioritise workload
Profile
The successful candidate will have the below skills:
*To understand the customer’s requirements, responding with professionalism and effectively; using your organisational skills to handle customer queries quickly and efficiently.
*Ability to work well under pressure.
*Experience in a customer focused role is preferable.
*Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
*Strong IT skills
